What We Do
“Mindfulness is not about trying to make ourselves better, but to bring us in to relationship with what is, with the experience of the present moment.”
The Four Immeasurables - Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Equanimity play an important role in our path towards greater capacity for compassion and wisdom.
